SU214 use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service, where you can track your order through the Royal Mail's Track and Trace website. You will be sent your unique tracking number to your email address provided once your order has shipped. This is usually trackable after 6:00pm each working day. The Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service in the UK aims to deliver all parcels within 2 working days Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day and usually arrive within 2 working days. (Excludes weekend deliveries / Bank Holidays).Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday, over the weekend, or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

You can now return your online SU214 order in a few easy steps. You have 28 days to return your order from the date it’s delivered. Exclusions apply, please see our Returns Policy below for more details.
If your item is faulty, incorrect or exceeds 10kg in weight then please contact our Customer Service team ahead of making a return.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within a week of having returned the item but it takes longer sometimes.
Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
If your order was paid part or in full by a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card or evoucher up to the value of the gift card you used.

There might be some exceptions where certain payment methods won't be available and certain items ordered from our Brand Partners may limit the methods of payment available for your order. You will only see the options available to you in the checkout process. For example, pre-orders can't be paid with PayPal.
If you're using a gift card and the amount on the gift card doesn't cover the order cost, you can pay the remaining amount with another accepted method.
If you're using a gift card and you don't spend the whole amount, the remaining balance will be stored on that gift card.
You can't buy gift cards using gift cards as a payment option.

• Subscription – you can subscribe to SU214 Premier from the SU214 site.
• Membership – SU214 Premier is valid for 12 months (subject to the exclusions outlined below) and is only available to individuals residing in the UK.
• Account - you must have a registered SU214 customer account and be logged in to your customer account to use SU214 Premier.
• Availability - SU214 Premier is available for delivery to UK addresses, postcode restrictions apply, check your eligibility. If your postcode is not eligible for Next Day Delivery, the UK Standard Delivery option is available.
The service in the following areas may take 3 – 5 working days:
Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands.
• Minimum Spend – for all subscriptions after 12am 02.03.2023 (including renewals after this date) SU214 Premier free next-day delivery is available for delivery to UK addresses on orders of £10 or over. We reserve the right to amend the minimum spend order of £10 during the applicable term, provided we give reasonable notice to you. Orders below the spend of £10 will be delivered as free standard delivery.
• Minimum Spend Changes – during your subscription period, we may vary the minimum spend amount. In the event of this, we will provide you with at least 30’ days written notice before any changes come into effect. Should you decide not to continue with your subscription because of the variation to the minimum spend amount, you have the right to terminate your subscription at any time before the minimum spend change takes effect. You will receive a pro-rated refund based on the number of full months left on your subscription.
• Orders – you must place your order in accordance with SU214 Next Day or Standard Delivery timescales. It is your responsibility to select your preferred eligible delivery service. Next Day delivery will not always be automatically selected at checkout and so you should check and select your preferred delivery service.
• Delivery - SU214 reserves the right to alter the delivery service valid in this promotion at any time; in this case you will be offered the delivery service available at that time free of charge.
• Inclusions SU214 Premier can be used on either the UK Next Day or UK Standard Delivery options.
• Exclusions - Unless stated otherwise, SU214 Premier Delivery service will not apply to DPD Precise Delivery.
• Terms & Conditions – You are responsible for using SU214 Premier in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in termination of your membership and no refund will be given. SU214 reserves the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at its discretion. SU214 will inform you of any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other applicable SU214 terms and conditions apply.
• Personal use only - SU214 Premier is for personal use only.
• Delay outside of our control - SU214 will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond SU214 reasonable control.
• Cancellation - You can cancel your SU214 premier subscription within 14 days of subscribing by contacting Customer Service. A full refund of the subscription fee will be given if you have not made any purchases using SU214 premier delivery through SU214.com. Once a purchase has been made your SU214 premier subscription cannot be cancelled.
• Termination - We may decide to terminate your SU214 Premier account and you will be given a prorated refund based on the number of whole months remaining in your membership. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse, or is harmful to SU214 interests or another us
